Why Clinicians Partner with ERx
ERx was founded by an ER physician and continues to be led by Emergency trained physicians. Since 1984, we have been helping hospitals raise the standard of care, while achieving outstanding patient satisfaction. Our highly qualified team of clinicians are dedicated to supporting our partner hospitals with the highest level of clinical support.
Since our beginning, we have understood that it is important to strike a balance between work and life, so we provide flexible scheduling and your ability to have input.
ERx offers competitive compensation, locations throughout the United States and the opportunity to become part of an organization that cares for you and your family.
Independent Contractor Status
As an IC you have greater control of your financial destiny. ERx defines the scope of practice (where your services are needed) but never has control on how your work is completed. You agree to the number of hours you work and when you work them. If you request not to work, that is also respected.
Scheduling with mutually agreeable times allows you to enjoy the things that matter most.
Our Site Directors are typically chosen from staff physicians looking for leadership roles.
Medical Malpractice coverage is provided for the practicioner by ERx or the hospital.
We encourage our physicians to be actively involved in the communities they serve.
ERx is physician owned and physician managed by our leadership team of regional physicians.
